Be Employable

Be Employable is a unique and innovative concept introduced by Prime Step Education in order to strengthen the students of the country against the alarming rise in the unemployability percentages. We organize this program in Schools, Colleges & other Educational Institutions of the country in both Offline/Online modes. It is a 02 Days Program which will be focussed on giving the students an exposure to the practical skills mandatory to grab any job so that they can take the steps towards a strong foundation of becoming industry-ready in their future.

Importance

  • Less than half of the Indian Graduates are employable, reveals the eighth edition of the Indian Skills Report released on 19th Feb, 2021. In 2021, as many as 45.9% of graduates are employable.
  • According to Aspiring Minds, an Employability Assessment Company ,over 80 percent of engineers in India are unemployable.
  • According to latest Higher Education report by FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and Ernst and Young (EY), Ninety three per cent of MBAs in India are unemployable.
  • According to a survey conducted by FICCCI, India has the highest unemployable population in the world.

Procedure

Keeping in view the horrific data of unemployability in the country, Prime Step has come up with a unique program initiative, "Be Employable". The main objective of the program is to equip the students with a proper understanding and knowledge of the key skills so that they can devise their own methods and ways instead of following the traditional ways to enter into the professional world. It will be a 02 Days Program of around 08 hours (04 hours each day) and can be conducted in online/offline mode. We do not conduct it in the form of lecture, instead it is an interactive session including activities,games,audio-visuals etc.

Eligibility Criteria

All the students can attend the program irrespective of their course and year of study.

Requirements

  • Good Quality public address system, ideally one/two cordless mikes will be required.
  • Projector/ Screen along with black/white board for teaching and presentation purposes.

Certification

Every student will be awarded with the Certificate of Training after the successful completion of the Online/Offline program.
