Prime Step provides language training (A1-B2) and recruitment services for international healthcare professionals seeking to work in Germany. While we strive to provide the best preparation and placement opportunities, securing a visa or a job offer is ultimately dependent on the decisions of employers and immigration authorities.

As a candidate, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your qualifications, work experience, and identity. Any falsification of documents may result in immediate termination of services without refund. You are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assigned coursework to succeed in language certification exams.
3. Fees and Refunds
Fees for language courses and other services are clearly communicated prior to enrollment. Due to the digital and service-oriented nature of our programs, refunds are generally only provided under specific circumstances as outlined in our separate refund policy provided upon enrollment.
